I reserved a car. I was late from other transportation. They rented my vehicle out. I had to upgrade and pay twice as much including the 22% tax. I got insurance and the vehicle was hit while unoccupied. I had to pay for the damages out of pocket then get reimbursed by the insurance company. I am still waiting for AVIS's e-mail so i can get reimbursed. My bill way suppose to be about 425.00. US It ended Up being over 3200.00 US.

They convinced us to get a full insurance for the price of 60 before they told us that it was for each day after two weeks. The Philipino guy on the counter wasn?t only not polite for answering back all the time but with a car rental of 280 euros online, we got a receipt of 1055 before finding out after two weeks that they charged me almost 1600 euros on my credit card and still can?t get to talk the customers? service to give me my money back. Awful awful service and the worst ever! Beware, you?ll be dealing with a bunch of thieves !!

Front desk tried to sell me insurance that I had already purchased online. Upon return, was told that I would receive an email receipt and that everything was fine, but I never received a receipt and was charged an additional $135 with no explanation. I will not be renting from Avis again.

Fantastic service!!! My flight was cancelled and rebooked very late, and I was arriving after working hours. The person called Sebastien was waiting for me for 1.5 hour after his working hours to give me the car in the mid of the night. THANK YOU, Sebastien!!!!

Seriously, read the reviews. I had a great pick up for a meeting in Mons. The car was dripping wet, so I couldn't see any noticeable damage (like scratches) to the paint, but when I went to return it, they claimed that there were scratches all over the car and would be charging me 400? because I didn't buy the insurance. I asked to speak with a manager and was flat out refused...I asked for the name of the agent and was given three different names (including Lisette), then they threatened to call the police. In the end, I told them that I would be disputing the charges with AMEX. Four months later, I got a charge to my company AMEX for 2500?. That was also disputed. If you are forced to use this location, do yourself a favor and buy the supplemental insurance.

Good to have to be avle to pick up and drop the car without having to pay for the parking. Service is simple and quick. You can see the car you are getting before making a definite choice

Poor service with Budget. Downgraded to another car because they impose two different credit cards at your own name, and one mandatory must be Amex or Diners Club (seriously...). Because I made the rent with rentalcars and I was never mentioned of these requirments, they didn't take care of anything and didn't assume any responsibility. They refuse rebate or refund, leaving you with no choice. Not my first time with rentalcars, or directly with other companies and never had any issues. First and last time with Budget.

The opinions are real! After two months Im still receiving charges in my credit card without any explanation. Dont answer emails and phone calls!!! Incredible but true!!
