Made a reservation (that was confirmed) but in the day itself no car was available...

Rented a moving van. Received a confirmation email. When arriving there was no one there. After calling we learned there are no vans available. The guy on the phone was friendly but suggested we should call in advance to check the availability even though we received a confirmation email. Seems they don?t even trust their own service... Will never return.

It's a very tiny sign board for an Avis office, so look carefully for the place/ follow the building number.

Confirmed and payed online for a car. Went there to pick it up, but it was cancelled because they had no cars available. No phone call, no email, no notification of any kind. Worst service ever. Don't offer an online service if you can't provide the product.

I spent hours comparing prices and so on from different websites and finally i booked one car from AVIS as they offered the best prices. I was very happy with it. One day later, i got a response from them that they do not have the car and as a result, my reservation is canceled. Just like that. not offering another car or any other option. it is just canceled. then again the whole trouble of going through websites and choosing one. i lost one day.
